Sardinia is home to the summer residency of the most luxurious car dealer in the world: Non other than luxury brand extraordinaire Rolls-Royce opens its contemporary Summer Studio in the secreted walls of the Promenade Du Port, creating a completely curated high-end experience – luxury picnic-fine dining included.

If you are into boating, or should I say yachting you know this place. Porto Cervo is the most exclusive marina for an array of super yachts that take some time to shore, looking to indulge in the rich life of the Costa Esmeralda. It is the second year for Rolls-Royce here, running throughout the summer, the Studio is the place to be at the Promenade du Port. The summer studio offers a completely curated experience, with luxury exhibitions and sunset drinks from the exclusive Fendi Casa lounge. The gorgeous backdrop of the Mediterranean helps, and of course, I got to experience the best road-trips of my life. If you get the chance to drive around in a beautiful landscape there is nothing like a Rolls-Royce. It’s so classic and such a testament to the automobile and what it can be at its best.

I have travelled to many beautiful places, but this is a dream come true. So when I announced that I wanted to drive all the cars – for my research of course – the Rolls-Royce product expert smiled and agreed: „Of course“.

If you are a fan as I am, you will love this list of beauties:

  1. Phantom VIII

I don’t believe in „the best for last“ kind of thinking. So here is the best first: The Phantom VIII. It is my personal favorite! I am not sure if it is the world-class engineering of Rolls‑Royce or the drive around the island’s irresistible coastal roads. The all-new aluminium architecture behind the new Phantom delivers a whole new level of ‘Magic Carpet Ride’ feeling. It is lighter, quieter, and more technologically advanced. The all-new 6.75 liter twin-turbo V12 engine is the silently beating heart of the new Phantom.

  1. Dawn Convertible

I love convertibles! Whenever I get the chance I drive one. I mean after all, the weather is wonderful, the sun is shining, and I am driving a Rolls-Royce that offers the most stylish and luxurious open-top motoring experience in the world. One of the Rolls-Royce credos is „If it doesn’t exist, design it“. Well they did, the new Rolls-Royce Dawn is the world’s only true modern four-seater super-luxury drophead.

  1. Black Badge Wraith

I love the feel and look of this car, with its all-black design, and all around attitude. Just imagine a Rolls-Royce with a Punk-Rock edge. The luxury brand went ahead and designed its own alter-ego: Technically and aesthetically Black Badge is darker, more assertive, and more powerful in every way. It is the ultimate gentleman’s Gran Turismo, a true driver’s car.

  1. Ghost

Alongside the latest Phantom and stunning Wraith, the Ghost models were also on display. It is the most popular Rolls-Royce and breaks the historic sales records the fourth consecutive year. Ghost has led a new, younger generation of highly successful men and women to Rolls-Royce ownership. I can see why.
